LK TECHNIK has been manufacturing seals since 1979. The partner’s consolidated experience facilitates the ability to provide sealing solutions for every application. LK TECHNIK is able to produce and deliver all types of seals of all sizes up to 2000 mm per piece produced using mould. With a unique joining system, LK TECHNIK manufactures seals of any diameter above 2000 mm.

The LK TECHNIK portfolio comprises special oil seals developed for heavy industrial use, especially steel, cement, and paper mills, as well as wind turbines and rings for special situations required specifically by customers.

Stirrers

For fast running mixers, electric motors with 1500, 1000 or 750 rpm are used. For geared mixers, we use cylindrical gears, parallel shaft gear units and bevel gears. Geared mixers are also usable for continuous operation with decreasing fluid level.

Submersible pumps

Single-stage submersible pumps made of high-resitant materials for the application in aggressive liquids up to temperatures of 130 °C. The pumpes are manufactured with an intermediate bearing up to a dip depth of 2500 mm. For pressure- and vacuum tanks, these pumps may be equipped like our centrifugal pumps with double sliding ring sealing in back-to-back- or tandem-alignment and blocking chamber.

Planetary gear reducers

 

COAXIAL AND ANGULAR PLANETARY GEAR REDUCERS

26 sizes up to 1,200,000 Nm / 885,000 lbs-ft  / 10,620,000 lbs-in available.

The gearbox output shafts are available in splined, splined hollow, keyed versions or for usage with shrink disc.

Available accessories for the output side are cylindrical bushings, endplates, special flanges, bevel pinions, splined shafts and shrink discs.

The input side is available with keyed shafts for belt drives, hydraulic disk brakes and adaptors for hydraulic and electric motors.

The planetary gear reducers are also available in foot-mounted versions.

HMS series radial piston motors

The HMs series is available in 4 sizes with 8 different displacements from 18 to 147 cm³/rev / 1 in³ to 9 in³/rev.

The motor shafts are available in splined hollow or key versions. Also available are hydraulic vented disk brakes, connecting plates for directional valves (NG6 or NG10) and different options for speed measurement.

HMF series radial piston motors

The HMF series is available in 7 sizes with 55 different displacements from 39 cm³ to 4,300 cm³/rev / 2.38in³ to 262 in³/rev. The nominal pressure is usually at 250 bar / 3,600 psi and the peak pressure up to 420 bar / 6,000 psi.

The motor shafts are available in splined, splined hollow, cylindrical or conical versions. Also available are valve blocks and different options for speed measurement.

B29 series valve blocks

AVAILABLE FROM 2 TO 12 VALVE SECTIONS

The B29 valve block is used for filling, bleeding and reset functions. Block and divider are separately tubed. The B29 valve block can be retrofitted.

MZB series multi chamber volume synchronizers

AVAILABLE FROM 2 TO 12 SECTIONS IN 7 SIZES

Volume per section from 79 cm³ to 85,000 cm³ / 4.8 in³ to 5,187 in³.

The regular working pressure is 250 bar / 3,600 psi. Higher pressure rates up to 450 bar / 6,500 psi are available by request depending on the size.

The multi-chamber volume synchronizers are available with proximity switches for confirming positions.

MLH series linear stroke volumetric dividers

AVAILABLE FROM 3 TO 8 SECTIONS IN 8 SIZES. THE MLH HAS A SHORTER CONSTRUCTION THAN THE MZB.

Volume per section from 12,5 cm³ to 12,312 cm³ / 0.76 in³ to 751 in³.

Linear-stroke volumetric dividers are usually supplied as 4-chamber devices. 3, 5, 6 and 8 section dividers are available by request.

The MLH working pressure is usually 250 bar / 3,600 psi.
