OUR PRIMARY PARTNERS
CHINA
Kinsson’s hydraulic synchronising product is broadly applied
in industries such as hydroelectric, metallurgy, engineering plants, and port
machinery. Toowen produces a broad range of products that tailor to the
different demands of each industry—agriculture, forestry, and construction.
Therefore, our equipment is rated as the best in the global hydraulic market.
Such a streamline structure of our company and industry expertise makes us the
ideal fit for customers seeking a relationship beyond a manufacturer-supplier
relationship but as long-term partners.

The joint venture Fossa-Kinsson was established in 2007 in
pursuit of manufacturing standard cylinders in Shanghai with FKS.

With a
focus on fire-resistant hydraulic fluids, CONDAT has established itself as a
specialist in specialty lubricants over time. Anti-wear and oxidation
resistance, temperature-stable viscosity, up-to-date filterability, exceptional
de-aeration and demulsibility, and anti-foaming characteristics are all present
in the products offered by our partner.
The HFD-U
hydraulic fluids series encompasses anhydrous, self-extinguishing oils. It is
applicable in the industries of steel for electric arc furnaces, aluminium,
mines, quarries, foundries under pressure, incineration, and tunnels.
The CONDAT D hydraulic oils series are manufactured from either synthetic or organic esters with high-yield additives. Their exceptional fire resistance ensures safety in its entirety for the equipment as well as end-users and the surrounding area. Not only is the series fire-resistant, but it is also biodegradable (under OECD norm 301B), has a long service lifetime, and provides substantial lubrication.
SILVIO FOSSA
ITALY
Toowen is proud to be the primary partnering entity of
Silvio Fossa, an enterprise that successfully integrates experience and
innovation to cater to customers’ specific needs; hence, Fossa earned the
commendable leading position within the cylinder and pneumatic actuator
manufacturing international industry. The strongest strength of our partner
encompasses the ability to manufacture cylinders in a broad range of sizes and
capabilities that meet diverse requirements concerning installation for
industrial businesses.
Fossa cylinders are comprehensively applicable worldwide. The design and manufacturing of Fossa standard cylinders strictly abide the ISO-DIN-MILL standard. The specific edge Fossa holds upon competitors lies in its ability to design and manufacture all types of non-standard cylinders according to unique customer needs. For instance, telescoping cylinders, pressure intensifiers, rotating cylinder, revolving joints, torque cylinders, etc. The manufacturer can also produce oversized cylinder for special circumstances, such as the servo screw-down cylinder of rolling mill. All of Fossa products satisfy the UNI EN ISO 9001/00-VISION 2000 standard.

Another strong relationship Toowen cultivated among the years of operation is a collaboration with DK FLUID, a consulting firm that provides a comprehensive range of service operations for insulating mineral oils within the Scandinavian high voltage industry. DK FLUID offers oil handling operations that supply European grid owners consistently safe portfolio operations for oil-filled equipment. Not only does DK FLUID surpass all of market standards concerning functional capabilities, but the brand also meets the requirements for generating a circular economy. Our partner invested substantially to participate in the green transformation among European businesses. DK FLUID especially specialises in high-vacuum treatment and oil regeneration equipment.
GERMANY
In 1905, Jahns Regulatoren was registered in the Offenbach
commercial register as a special factory for the production of regulators for
all types of power machines by Wilhelm Jahns and Carl Seidel, along with
several silent partners. Since 1928, Jahns has been a family-run GmbH, owned by
Dapp/Sauerwein, and has manufactured axial piston pumps for presses and rowing
machines, in addition to water turbine regulators. In 1970, production of
slow-running radial piston engines for heavy machinery, manipulators, rubber
injection, and plant engineering began. Manufacturing at that time was switched
to NC machines to adjust to the rapidly rising labour costs. Nowadays, small
batches are manufactured on CNC machines.
In 1986, Jahns began purchasing goods from the field—hydraulic solutions and drive technology. Products are driven forward together with customers. The range of current and flow dividers can now be described as almost complete. The company’s global customer base includes almost all well-known hydraulic specialists. In 2000, the partner acquired the production lines of centrifugal pumps, submersible pumps, and agitators from ABG. These products are used primarily in the chemical and process engineering industries. This results in the corporate philosophy focusing on continuity, quality, and loyalty to customers and employees instead of rapid growth.

Our
partner, AS Tech, designs and manufactures hydraulic equipment and systems for
heavy machinery. In particular, the brand offers whole solutions for screw- and
clamp-bolted connections with operating pressures up to 4000 bar (58,000 psi).
AS Tech’s diverse product profile includes bolt tensioners, hydraulic power
units, special hydraulics, and systems for measurement and documentation. The
target market for AS Tech products encompasses businesses in the fields of wind
energy, steel, and petrochemical industries worldwide.
The
expenditure and frequency of maintenance needed for hydraulic tools depend on
application conditions. Regular maintenance is advised for consistently safe
operation. For specific circumstances, such as ones that involve extreme
temperatures, repair and maintenance may have to be done directly in our
workshop. We suggest periodic maintenance since prompt diagnosis of operational
issues can save major time and expenditure for upcoming operations. Devices are
only allowed to leave our company after a detailed process of pressure
examinations.
Being a manufacturer of high-pressure hydraulic tools, we know exactly the results each and every product can achieve and the ideal conditions that facilitate such outcomes. With cooperation as one of our core values, Toowen tries to be as transparent as possible concerning such information in order to provide our customers with support in the installation, bringing into service, deconstruction, and operation of hydraulic systems. Furthermore, we also provide training for engineering teams of customers at our workshop and laboratories or directly at customers’ locations. As indicated previously, we seek long-term customer relations and partnerships beyond the selling point; i.e., Toowen can only be satisfied when our product contributes to your success. Toowen’s team of mechanics, technicians, and engineers has been requested by multiple industries, which range from customer service to offices and medical institutes.
